A natural skincare brand was struggling with their sales leveling out and wanted to have a brand refresh to connect with their target audience. They also were looking to refresh their sub-brand for baby products as they weren't selling these hardly at all.
Solution
Partnering closely with the VP of Marketing and Digital Ad Manager, I identified gaps in visibility and brand perception by analyzing the Amazon keyword landscape.
Their outdated design made the brand feel amateur, misaligned with its quality. Through testing and research, I developed a refreshed color scheme that captured the brand’s evolved personality while still highlighting its commitment to natural ingredients.
Results
They were able to proudly showcase their updated designs with an increased click-through rate by consumers and saw an uptick in sales as a result, particularly in the baby brand product line.
